Join us for Unbound, a 90-minute workshop designed to help you soften, unravel, and reconnect with the layers beneath the surface. Through guided myofascial release techniques using props like therapy balls, blocks, and breath, we’ll target areas of deep-held tension and stagnant energy — creating space for freedom in both body and mind.
Expect a blend of self-massage, slow intuitive movement, supported stretching, and mindfulness-based breathwork to help regulate your nervous system and restore a sense of balance. Whether you’re feeling tight, tense, or just in need of a reset, this practice is for you.
Leave feeling lighter, more open, and deeply attuned to your inner flow.

What to Expect:
Guided myofascial release techniques using therapy balls and yoga props
Breathwork and mindfulness practices to support nervous system regulation
Gentle movement and supported stretching to release deep tension
A calming, restorative atmosphere to reconnect with your body
Time to integrate and unwind, leaving you feeling open and grounded
What to Bring:
A yoga mat
Two yoga blocks (if you have them)
A towel or small blanket
Water bottle
Comfortable clothing you can move in
Therapy balls or massage balls (some will be provided, but bring your own if you prefer)
