Welcome to PureYāS! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of PureYāS's website and services. By accessing this site or purchasing services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not continue to use this site.

1. Services Offered

PureYāS offers private and corporate wellness services including but not limited to:

• Private yoga, coaching, and sound healing sessions

• Corporate wellness experiences and team workshops

• Retreats and special events
  

All services are subject to availability and may require intake forms or pre-session consultation.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings are made via our online store or direct communication. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Corporate bookings may require a deposit and signed agreement. Invoices are payable upon receipt.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Private Sessions: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full.

Corporate Services:

• 30 days: Full refund (minus materials/fees)

• 14-30 days: 50% refund

• <14 days: No refund

Clients are responsible for third-party costs already incurred (e.g., rental fees).

4. Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are issued at the discretion of PureYāS in the event of instructor cancellation or extenuating circumstances.

5. Health Disclaimer

By participating in any service, you agree you are physically and emotionally able. These services are not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of PureYāS and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Privacy & Data

We collect minimal data to operate effectively. Your information will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

8. Liability Waiver

By participating in services, you release PureYāS and its affiliates from any liability for injury, damage, or loss.

10. User Comments & Content
